- Direct daily on-site crew operations, task distribution, and trade coordination with General Contractor superintendents.
- Conduct daily Tailgate Safety Briefings (JSA) and ensure zero safety violations across active aerial and ladder work.
- Execute calibrated Fluke DSX-8000 Level VI copper and fiber autotests, auditing every link for NEXT, return loss, and attenuation.
- Review redline CAD drawings daily and upload photographic milestone documentation to the client operations portal.
